One on one tuition

These sessions are a chance to work on individual development in bookbinding. The lessons only for one participant give more experience and practical skills. Supervision and guidance are on hand and sessions are tailored to fit your requirements.

The education program is designed for professionals who seek to strengthen their technical understanding.

The course price includes:

- All necessary tools and materials;

- The care of a qualified instructor who will show you the working methods and answer any questions.

4-8 hour classes are held at the agreed date, optimally once or twice a week. The course is intended for adults.

We are based in Poznan (Poland).

I had the opportunity to take private lessons with Andrzej this January in his beautiful workshop in Poznań. Andrzej explained everything in great detail, making even the smallest aspects clear. I learned much more than just bookbinding techniques. His attention to detail, perfectionism, and enthusiasm for bookbinding and book restoration inspired me to improve and work hard to become a better bookbinder.

Andrzej went above and beyond to answer my many questions, correct my mistakes, and help me understand how to bind beautiful, durable books that can last for hundreds of years. I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences of my life, and I will definitely return for more courses.

In June 2023, I completed a 7-day course with Andriy on historical binding.

Andriy is one of the best conservators I met. He is very professional, teaches with great patience while paying attention to the smallest details. He taught me thoroughly, with many examples and explanations. Andriy gave of himself far beyond the pre-agreed hours and was very dedicated to my learning process. The lessons were very enjoyable, and I left with a lot of knowledge. Anyone who is thinking of taking a bookbinding workshop - I strongly recommend Andriy!!!
